Payment and Shipping

We accept most forms of payment:

Credit cards - Processed through Paypal. You are not required to have a Paypal account to submit payment.

Money order - Merchandise will be shipped upon receipt of payment. An order will be held for 10 days. If payment does not arrive during that time, all items will be returned to stock. If the money order arrives after 10 days, I will do my best to fill the order if the items are still available. If the items are no longer available you may choose something of equal value to replace the missing item or receive a store credit for your next order. Made out to Truly Materialistic and mailed to P.O.Box 42, Conway, MI 49722.

Cash - In person only, please. It is unlawful to send cash through the United States postal service.

Personal check - LOCAL CHECKS ONLY! Merchandise will be shipped when the check has cleared the bank. An order will be held for 10 days. If payment does not arrive during that time, all items will be returned to stock. If the check arrives after 10 days, I will do my best to fill the order if the items are still available. If the items are no longer available, I will void the check and send an email with a photo of the voided check.

Shipping

We ship through USPS. Unless stated in the items instructions, shipping is free on all domestic orders. For orders under $50, they are shipped first-class. If paying by credit card or through Paypal, delivery confirmation is included at no cost. Once a package is left at the USPS, we are not responsible for loss or damage in transit. Insurance may be purchased at the cost of the buyer. Insurance and delivery confirmation are both included free of charge when the order is over $50.

Returns

We have a no return policy for all patterns due to the easy ability to copy. Other merchandise may be returned for store credit if returned within 14 days of receipt. Items are required to be unused in original packaging for credit to be issued. If you have a problem or issue with your item, please e-mail!

We value our privacy and we expect that you do too! Your credit card or bank information is never stored. We do save your e-mail, however, we are selfish with our clients and won't share. Your e-mail will NEVER be shared, for any purpose, with any other entity. I hate SPAM and guarantee that it won't come from us! We may occasionally send out an update on new products. If you do not wish to be added to this list, please let us know.
